Dropping Off With a Pre-Paid Label?
Here are some suggestions:
- Please make sure your box is securely taped and the pre-paid shipping label is firmly taped on the box.
- Use only a strong packing tape
- Scotch tape is not acceptable
- Labels do come off in transit
- Use only a strong packing tape
- Take note of your tracking number. Remember which carrier is shipping your item.
- Write your tracking # down or take a photo of it
Do you not have the right box to ship back your return? Do you need appropriate tape to secure your box and label? We provide those services. And by the way, your first taping is on the house.
